Environment and Civic initiatives

The Foundation provides funding to impactful environment based projects and those which support the improvement in civic infrastructure and services.

The Foundation supported the rejuvenation of twenty ponds in villages around Jamshedpur. Around 60,000 villagers benefited from this initiative that improved the availability of water for drinking and for agriculture.

The Foundation funded six bus shelters in small towns in the Uttar Kannada District of Karnataka. These towns are Bhatkal, Dandeli, Honnavar, Karwar and Kumta.

The Foundation has supported a program by Janaagraha to create civic awareness amongst 5,000 school students and 7,000 citizens.
