Livelihood and Vocational skills

The Foundation engages with partners to provide livelihood and vocation skill training to unemployed youth from low income families.

Training is provided in select areas which have job opportunities. Trained students from these programs are provided with placements, subsequently.

125 youth from Sikkim were trained in Hospitality. Sikkim is a tourist location and these trainees were able to apply to local job opportunities in this sector.

Vocational skill training in areas of Hospitality and Beauty & Hair Care has been provided to youth and women in Sikkim. Over 250 youth and women have benefited from this initiative.
